This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of recruiters across global operations functions.
• Personally manage end-to-end searches for senior and/or executive-level Global Operations positions from intake through offer and closure.
• Act as a strategic talent advisor to senior leaders within Global Operations.
• Own team objectives, metrics, and reporting while providing data-driven insights to stakeholders and leadership.
• Represent the team in regular global forums, offering updates on funnel health and hiring progress.
• Foster cross-functional relationships with Finance, Employee Experience, and Global Operations teams to synchronize headcount priorities.
• Enhance operational rigor across the intake, sourcing strategy, pipeline management, offer execution, and closing processes.
• Identify and resolve pipeline escalations in collaboration with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Compensation, HR Business Partners, and Legal on complex offer structures, ensuring equitable and compliant hiring practices.
• Develop scalable processes and frameworks to boost efficiency, data integrity, and recruiter capacity planning.
• Advocate for an outstanding and personalized candidate experience.
• Construct, analyze, and present recruiting dashboards and pipeline analytics.
• Establish expertise and a trusted voice in operations recruiting.
• Contribute to the design of recruiting processes, tool selection, and the development of recruiting programs.
• Represent the recruiting team in conversations at the executive level, including capacity planning, headcount reviews, and quarterly business updates.
• 9+ years of comprehensive recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of personally leading senior-level searches.
• Minimum of 2 years managing and developing a team of recruiters.
• Strong functional expertise in at least one Global Operations sub-function is highly preferred (e.g., Customer Support, Trust & Safety).
• Experience in recruiting for global operations, business functions, or non-technical roles within a technology firm.
• Ability to build trust and credibility with senior business leaders, acting as a strategic partner.
• Experience in conducting market research, talent mapping, and proactive pipeline-building for senior-level roles.
• Strong data orientation with the capability to interpret pipeline metrics, forecast capacity needs, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder hiring environments across various geographies and business units.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, demonstrating sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Proficiency with enterprise recruiting and HRIS tools such as Greenhouse, Workday, Gem, or similar systems.
• Proven ability to build inclusive pipelines and advocate for diversity throughout the hiring process.
• Capacity to manage a personal search load alongside leadership responsibilities.
• Must reside in California or within the PST time zone.
