This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Actively source, headhunt, and gather qualified candidates via job boards, social networks, tech communities, and direct outreach.

• Assist candidates throughout the hiring process from initial outreach and screening to scheduling interviews and presenting offers.

• Evaluate candidate qualifications, technical expertise, and cultural fit through structured preliminary interviews.

• Organize onboarding documentation, set up equipment, and coordinate orientation schedules.

• Work alongside hiring managers to clarify role requirements and enhance ideal candidate profiles.

• Provide regular updates on recruitment status.

• Submit a resume along with brief insights regarding sourcing strategies, recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and home office setup.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in full-lifecycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and candidate management, ideally within tech or technical support sectors.

• Proven success with modern recruiting platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub, and specialized job boards.

• Strong history of converting passive leads into active candidates in the pipeline.

• Native-level proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Dependable, distraction-free, and quiet workspace.

• Consistent high-speed internet for daily candidate phone and video calls.

• Highly organized and attentive to the candidate experience.

• Capability to manage high-volume recruitment funnels independently.
