Recruiting Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish role specifications and develop effective sourcing strategies.

• Motivate and engage candidates as their initial point of contact.

• Provide outstanding candidate support and ensure a smooth experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Assess candidates for skills, cultural fit, and motivation utilizing innovative screening techniques.

• Develop talent pipelines while keeping track of market trends and opportunities.

• Identify candidates through LinkedIn, specialized platforms, referrals, and social media channels.

• Work alongside a US-based international recruiting team and coordinate with hiring managers globally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience (both technical and non-technical roles).

• Demonstrated success in international recruitment for global companies.

• Exceptional networking, sales, and negotiation abilities.

• Highly organized, flexible, and decisive.

• Proficient in English communication at a C2 fluency level.

• Native-level proficiency in Japanese.

• Knowledge of cloud technologies, IoT, AI, Boolean search, ATS, and Excel.

• Positive attitude, persistence, and ability to work independently.

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.

• Must reside in Japan.
