Regional Doctor Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Gabon.

📋 Description

• Ensure optimal staffing levels for optometrists throughout the designated region.

• Identify qualified candidates through various methods, including computer databases, networking, online recruiting platforms, cold calls, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.

• Engage with District Managers, Area Doctors, Regional VPs, and senior executives regarding filled roles, hiring trends, anticipated hires, and recruitment strategies.

• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate optometrists.

• Share information about associate doctors, leasing opportunities, compensation, benefits, and contractual obligations within the National Vision Doctor of Optometry Network.

• Attend and contribute to meetings, including both on-site and off-site gatherings, as well as conference calls.

• Review and assess recruitment processes and reports.

• Take part in Recruiting and HR project initiatives.

• Oversee candidate activities and communities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Participate in and support industry events to promote opportunities to licensed optometrists and prospective candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, encompassing sourcing diverse candidates, qualifying, interviewing, networking, salary negotiation, and relationship management.

• Preferred knowledge or connections with retail optometrists and the industry as a whole.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal abilities.

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and adapt to evolving conditions and assignments.
