This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Facilitate intake meetings with hiring managers to comprehend business requirements, position expectations, competencies, and recruitment strategies.

• Create, review, and customize job advertisements prior to publication.

• Identify both passive and active candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and various other channels.

• Evaluate applications, conduct structured interviews, assess candidates, and prepare interview summaries along with hiring recommendations.

• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.

• Coordinate interview feedback and next steps to avoid delays in hiring.

• Keep accurate records in the ATS, including recruitment trackers, candidate notes, and requisition documentation.

• Leverage ATS automation, workflows, reporting, communication tools, and system functionalities to enhance recruiting efficiency.

• Proactively manage open requisitions through ongoing sourcing, screening, and follow-up.

• Oversee sponsored job advertisements and adjust advertising resources to focus on priority openings.

• Maintain recruiting dashboards and analyze recruitment metrics.

• Provide an outstanding candidate experience.

• Advocate for UCNT’s employer brand through professional communications and high-quality job advertisements.

• Suggest and implement enhancements to the recruiting process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in full-cycle recruiting.

• Strong preference for candidates with healthcare recruiting experience.

• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems, online sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.

• Capability to manage a high-volume requisition workload with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
