This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire recruiting process across various functions, levels, and regions.
• Adapt to changing hiring priorities within the organization, swiftly acquiring knowledge of new markets, talent pools, and candidate profiles.
• Develop robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, innovative market mapping, referrals, networking, and advanced AI-driven recruiting tools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to grasp business requirements, challenge existing assumptions, refine candidate profiles, and influence hiring decisions.
• Recognize bottlenecks and take initiative to advance recruitment processes.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor by offering market insights, candidate intelligence, and strategic hiring recommendations.
• Provide a thoughtful and engaging candidate experience from the initial interaction to the close of the hire.
• Build and maintain long-term talent networks.
• Collaborate with the global Talent team across the US, Israel, EMEA, and APJ to address critical hiring needs.
• Continuously enhance recruiting practices through innovative sourcing strategies, tools, processes, reporting, and collaboration methods.
• A minimum of 5 years of full-time, full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth technology organizations.
• Outstanding sourcing abilities with a proven history of identifying and engaging top-tier passive talent.
• Capability to recruit across various functions, seniority levels, and geographical areas.
• Eager to quickly familiarize oneself with new talent markets.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of what is essential in a candidate profile.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and swiftly adapting to changing directions.
• Highly proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative without needing direction.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence in partnering with and influencing senior leaders.
• Exceptional organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches while maintaining quality and a positive candidate experience.
• Proficient in utilizing modern recruiting technology, data, and AI-assisted sourcing tools.
• Collaborative mindset with a low-ego approach.
• Genuine sense of urgency and capability to operate at the pace of a startup.
• Experience recruiting internationally or supporting multiple regions (preferred).
• Background in both GTM (Go-To-Market) and technical hiring (preferred).
• Experience in recruiting for cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or other highly competitive technology sectors (preferred).
