Independent Recruitment Consultant – Commission Only

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Identify and attract candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and your personal network.

• Evaluate, interview, and shortlist candidates based on client specifications.

• Present qualified candidates and guide them throughout the interview process.

• Negotiate offers and support candidates until they join.

• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS.

• Bring in your own candidates and, where feasible, introduce new client opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience (either agency or in-house) in the UAE or GCC.

• Demonstrated success in filling positions.

• Strong skills in sourcing and candidate search.

• A well-established candidate network in Dubai and the GCC.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Self-driven and capable of working autonomously.

• Valid UAE residency with a freelance permit or trade license (or the ability to acquire one).

• Must possess a personal laptop, phone, and internet connection.
