Regional Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Source and sustain a pipeline of qualified early childhood educators.

• Develop and oversee job advertisements on Indeed, social media, community platforms, and various recruiting avenues.

• Perform applicant screening, conduct interviews, manage follow-ups, and coordinate onboarding processes.

• Establish connections with local schools, colleges, workforce organizations, and community partners.

• Monitor recruiting activities and pinpoint areas for enhancing candidate engagement.

• Address regional staffing requirements across Northeastern markets.

• Track the pipeline of qualified candidates, deployable hires, hiring turnaround times, candidate follow-through and onboarding completion, as well as the effectiveness of recruiting sources.

• Modify recruiting strategies according to workforce demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.

• Proven experience with recruiting via social media and online job posting platforms.

• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to follow through.

• Experience in recruiting hourly or high-volume talent is preferred.
