📋 Description

• Identify and attract candidates throughout the EU and India utilizing join.com and various job platforms

• Develop and sustain a well-organized candidate pipeline

• Evaluate resumes and select profiles that align with role requirements

• Reach out to potential candidates via phone and email, managing follow-up communications

• Arrange interviews and collaborate with the founder for scheduling

• Keep an accurate record of hiring metrics and status updates

• Assist in the posting and distribution of job advertisements

• Contribute to basic employer branding initiatives and outreach efforts
