HR/Recruiter Intern, Unpaid

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract candidates throughout the EU and India using JOIN.com and various job platforms.

• Create and uphold an organized candidate pipeline.

• Evaluate resumes and select profiles in line with the requirements of the role.

• Reach out to candidates via phone and email while managing follow-up communications.

• Arrange interviews and coordinate schedules with the founder.

• Keep precise hiring trackers and provide status updates.

• Assist with job postings and their distribution.

• Contribute to basic employer branding and outreach initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Open to an unpaid internship within the EU time zone.

• Available for a part-time internship lasting 3–6 months.

• Proficient in English communication.

• Authentic interest in recruitment, HR, or startup operations.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Able to work independently in a remote environment.

• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn or other job boards.

• Able to commit around 20 hours per week.

• A cover letter detailing motivation and availability is required.
