This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment life cycle, which includes planning and implementing innovative and focused recruitment strategies.

• Identify and attract candidates via social media platforms, job boards, and internal databases.

• Facilitate interviews and manage the interview process comprehensively.

• Collaborate closely with department leaders to comprehend role specifications and assist in hiring decisions.

• Develop relationships with candidates and ensure consistent follow-up throughout the recruitment journey.

• Leverage and keep candidate information current within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a startup setting.

• Understanding of fast-paced hiring practices and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment.

• Experience recruiting for GTM positions in the US is highly advantageous.

• Strong multitasking capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in Hebrew is an added benefit.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and initiative-oriented mindset.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
