📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including intake, sourcing, interviews, offers, and closures.

• Develop talent pipelines for specialized and difficult-to-fill positions while engaging passive candidates in global markets.

• Provide guidance to hiring leaders regarding candidate profiles, market trends, location specifics, and assessment criteria.

• Keep candidates updated and ensure hiring teams are accountable for providing timely feedback and making decisions.

• Maintain precise stages, feedback, and reporting in Greenhouse.

• Identify recurring issues throughout the hiring process and collaborate with the People team to implement improvements applicable across searches.

• Leverage hiring data, AI, and automation to enhance sourcing strategies, decision-making, and team efficiency.

• Report directly to the Director of People.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience in a globally distributed technology organization.

• Proven track record of independently hiring for both business and technical roles, including specialized engineering positions such as computer vision or machine learning.

• Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates across Europe and other international markets.

• Strong analytical skills in formulating search strategies and advising hiring leaders on potential trade-offs.

• Systems thinker: capable of identifying the root causes of recurring issues, assisting in testing solutions, and using data to evaluate effectiveness.

• Dependable execution, ensuring accurate ATS data and consistent follow-up with candidates and hiring teams.

• A cooperative mindset towards enhancing workflows across team boundaries.
