This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for IT and engineering positions.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Actively seek out and engage both active and passive candidates.

• Perform candidate screenings and conduct competency-based interviews.

• Organize interviews and provide support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.

• Develop talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands.

• Ensure a superior candidate experience throughout the process.

• Share market insights and recruitment progress with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in IT or technical recruitment.

• Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment processes autonomously.

• Strong skills in sourcing and direct candidate search.

• Experience in recruiting roles such as Developers, Solution Architects, Designers, or other similar technical positions.

• Familiarity with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in English at a C1 level.

• Proactive, organized, and ownership-driven mindset.

• Previous experience in an international setting is a plus.
