This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Identify, screen, and evaluate candidates to meet hiring needs, particularly for designated roles.

• Execute proactive candidate searches using job boards, databases, social media, and various sourcing methods.

• Accurately input and update candidate data in the client's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment tools.

• Provide pre-qualified and shortlisted candidates in alignment with client specifications and service level expectations.

• Compile recruitment reports, process analyses, and sourcing metrics as necessary.

• Meet daily productivity and performance targets set by the client.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting for positions across various industries.

• Proficient in English (Mandatory).

• Experience in sourcing, recruiting, candidate screening, and talent assessment.

• Strong understanding of recruitment channels, job boards, and sourcing strategies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capable of conducting thorough telephone screenings and candidate evaluations.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

• Ability to handle multiple requisitions and priorities concurrently.
