📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruiting process for specific sales, marketing, clinical, market access, and commercial leadership positions associated with product launches and market growth.

• Convert commercialization strategies, launch schedules, and expansion objectives into effective workforce and recruitment plans.

• Create talent pipelines in anticipation of demand for specialized and challenging-to-fill roles.

• Identify and engage passive candidates within the medical device, MedTech, life sciences, and healthcare sectors.

• Provide candidate slates at the required speed for launch preparedness and commercial scaling.

• Collaborate with business executives to outline necessary skills, experience, and timelines.

• Supply market insights regarding talent availability, competitor hiring practices, location strategies, and compensation factors.

• Leverage data and external insights to inform role specifications and hiring choices.

• Manage a diverse array of searches and monitor recruiting progress, pipeline health, potential risks, and hiring results.

• Create innovative sourcing strategies and adjust to evolving market conditions or business demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

• Proven track record in recruiting commercial talent for product launches, market entry, or rapid scaling in the medical device, MedTech, life sciences, healthcare, or related fields.

• Strong understanding of the talent necessary to develop and enhance sales, marketing, clinical, market access, and commercial leadership teams.

• Advanced skills in direct sourcing, talent mapping, and engaging passive candidates.

• Credibility with senior leadership and the ability to influence role design, hiring strategies, and selection processes.

• Familiarity with Workday or a similar applicant tracking system.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
