📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruitment strategies, identify candidates, select talent, recommend compensation, extend offers, and engage in related talent acquisition activities.

• Ensure an efficient and personalized experience for all candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

• Keep candidate data accurate and up-to-date within the Applicant Tracking System.

• Follow compliance guidelines and adhere to talent acquisition processes.

• Uphold ethical standards, demonstrate integrity, and show respect in all interactions.

• Maintain composure in high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.

• Act with a strong sense of urgency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree alongside a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in Full Cycle recruiting, including active sourcing.

• A Graduate Degree or equivalent with at least 7 years of relevant experience.

• If a degree is not held, a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience is necessary.

• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors.

• Previous experience in either agency or corporate recruiting settings.

• Advanced knowledge and proficiency in sourcing methodologies, candidate assessment and interviewing, talent selection, and closing strategies such as negotiations.
