Founding Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete recruiting cycle from sourcing to closing candidates.

• Utilize innovative sourcing methods including competitor analysis, referrals, adjacent industries, and AI-driven tools.

• Develop the hiring framework, encompassing interview protocols, scorecards, candidate experience, funnel tracking, and time-to-fill metrics.

• Oversee external recruiting partners as necessary.

• Contribute to the strategic growth of the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in-house at a startup in its early stages or one that is experiencing rapid growth.

• Familiarity with technical or research recruitment, or a strong eagerness to learn.

• Proven success in high-volume go-to-market hiring, such as for account executives or field sales roles.

• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences is advantageous.

• Proficiency in contemporary recruiting and AI tools.

• Capability to automate repetitive tasks.

• Ability to transition swiftly from outreach to finalized offers without compromising standards.
