Field Retail Recruiter – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Attract exceptional talent and cultivate a robust, qualified candidate pool for both current and future job openings.

• Proactively identify, source, and manage talent pools that align with business goals.

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from initial outreach to offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, providing feedback, managing candidates, and negotiating offers.

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Five Below’s culture and commitment to its workforce.

• Develop, design, and refine sourcing strategies to draw in top talent within a competitive market.

• Build strong relationships with prospective candidates.

• Manage job requisitions in Workday ATS to ensure accurate tracking and metrics reporting.

• Compile and share insights on knowledge bases, industry overviews, and market trends with HR and hiring managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in a high-volume setting.

• Experience in the retail industry is preferred.

• Must be agile, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, competitive environment while focusing on process efficiencies.

• Must project a strong business presence, instilling confidence in clients and delivering results.

• Experience in proactive recruiting and sourcing is essential.

• Well-developed interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to partner and build relationships.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

• Must have an aptitude for handling highly confidential and sensitive information.

• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Experience with Workday is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software is necessary.
