Talent Acquisition Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and oversee a diverse portfolio of roles from start to finish across various client partnerships.

• Quickly familiarize yourself with each partnership’s hiring requirements, processes, and operational methodologies.

• Employ innovative sourcing strategies and AI technologies to attract and deliver exceptional candidates.

• Handle the interview and offer processes, proactively identifying risks to ensure high conversion rates.

• Achieve and surpass established SLAs and KPIs for every partnership.

• Strategically plan and prioritize a diverse range of roles for different clients.

• Actively manage the expectations of hiring managers.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date ATS and tracking systems across client platforms.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with hiring managers.

• Provide market and talent insights to facilitate improved hiring decisions.

• Recognize opportunities for enhancements in clients’ talent acquisition processes and share insights across teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success as a recruiter, consistently achieving and surpassing targets.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment practices, with confidence in managing roles from briefing to offer.

• Flexibility to transition between clients, industries, and role types while maintaining pace and quality.

• Excellent stakeholder management abilities and the skill to quickly establish rapport with various personalities.

• Outstanding organizational skills and follow-through, with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficiency with technology and AI tools.

• Developing capability to utilize data for informed recommendations.

• Experience in in-house, RPO, or embedded roles is advantageous, especially across multiple clients.
