This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Manage the entire recruitment process for designated roles, encompassing sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.

• Utilize AI tools on a daily basis to enhance sourcing, screening, and communication with candidates.

• Develop and oversee talent pipelines in Latin America and South Africa.

• Ensure the accuracy of Cost & Salary Calculator data and maintain shortlist tracking documents.

• Engage proactively with clients and candidates regarding updates and subsequent steps.

• Detect process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.

• Conduct multiple end-to-end searches with minimal supervision.

• Achieve targets for shortlist turnaround times.

• Enhance the team’s daily utilization of AI technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, whether in an agency or in-house setting.

• Daily and fluent proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems like Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Experience with tracking through spreadsheets.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Demonstrated capability to manage the full recruitment cycle independently, from sourcing to offer acceptance.

• Strong sense of ownership with the ability to independently develop projects from inception to completion.

• Capacity to excel in ambiguous situations, adjusting priorities, and juggling multiple responsibilities.

• Proactive in problem-solving and possess excellent communication skills.

• Open to coaching and eager to improve independently.

• Experience in recruiting for startups, tech companies, or remote-first organizations is a plus.

• Familiarity with recruitment across Latin American or South African markets is advantageous.

• Exposure to Employer of Record (EOR) hiring concepts is considered beneficial.
