GTM Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete recruitment process for GTM positions, such as Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Revenue Partnerships.

• Collaborate with GTM leadership to clarify role specifications and establish hiring strategies.

• Identify indicators of success that enhance the quality of hires.

• Create and oversee candidate pipelines aimed at optimizing efficiency and transparency.

• Provide a personalized, high-touch candidate experience.

• Offer hiring teams insights into the market, role benchmarks, and data-driven suggestions.

• Act as a representative for ElevenLabs, communicating its brand and values to prospective candidates.

• Develop scalable hiring processes and pipelines across the Revenue organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in full-cycle GTM recruiting within a high-growth startup environment.

• Proven success in closing quota-carrying sales positions.

• Capability to handle high-volume and intricate searches while managing various priorities.

• Ability to uphold quality and urgency while juggling multiple searches.

• Strong collaboration with hiring leaders, employing clarity, data, and operational discipline.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create engaging role narratives.

• Capacity to provide a high-touch experience for candidates and stakeholders.

• Background in recruiting for Sales Development, Corporate, Mid-Market, and Partnerships roles.

• Preference for candidates located in New York City.

• Experience in an in-house recruiting setting is preferred, though agency recruiters will also be considered.

• Prior experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up is preferred in the application process.
