This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire recruiting process for clinical, technical, corporate, and commercial positions, from initial intake to the acceptance of offers.
• Collaborate with and counsel hiring managers on best practices for recruiting, understanding the talent landscape, defining job requirements, assessing team dynamics, and aligning with business objectives.
• Ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidates that mirrors GeneDx’s mission and values.
• Actively seek candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, Greenhouse CRM, referrals, and networking opportunities.
• Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, cultural fit, alignment with the role, and suitability for other potential openings.
• Provide data-informed updates and suggestions to hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Work in tandem with the broader Talent Acquisition team on hiring strategies, process enhancements, and employer branding initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in Greenhouse ATS and ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations.
• Contribute to the enhancement of processes, automation, program development, and the implementation of systems and tools.
• A Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within biotech, healthcare, or a rapidly growing company.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently fill a diverse range of roles with high quality.
• Proficient sourcing abilities and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse ATS, and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of AI and other tools that can enhance and automate workload.
• Strong skills in utilizing recruiting metrics and generating pipeline reports.
• Exceptional communication, time management, and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• A passion for recruiting top talent that aligns with mission-driven initiatives.
• Experience in hiring for clinical, diagnostics, or genomics positions is preferred.
• Knowledge of OFCCP compliance and diversity hiring strategies is preferred.
• Experience with New York State-licensed laboratories is preferred.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to communicate effectively through phone and video conferencing.
• Capacity to engage in prolonged periods of computer-based tasks, including sitting, typing, reading, and occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds.
