This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire recruiting lifecycle for technical, operational, customer-facing, hourly/field, salaried, and leadership positions.
• Oversee 10–20 active requisitions while facilitating approximately 70+ annual hires.
• Establish and sustain qualified talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies.
• Propel efficient recruiting processes that balance speed with candidate quality.
• Handle candidate communications, scheduling, screening, interviews, references, and offer management.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and deliver insights to leadership.
• Provide regular updates on recruiting status and resource recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team.
• Maintain job descriptions, requisition workflows, ATS data, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
• Create sourcing strategies leveraging job boards, referrals, professional networks, and proactive channels.
• Represent ComputerCare at career fairs, networking events, community initiatives, and industry gatherings.
• Offer training and coaching to hiring managers on interviews, candidate assessment, and overall candidate experience.
• Work in partnership with HR and business leaders to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Assist with new-hire orientation and onboarding processes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
• 7-10 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, preferably in a physical asset management, field services, or multi-site operations setting.
• Proven ability to manage 10–20 concurrent requisitions in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated capability to source and engage candidates across diverse platforms.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to juggle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on relationship-building and candidate care.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems, including Lever, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to collaborate with and respectfully challenge senior leadership and hiring managers.
