📋 Description

• Oversee intricate, worldwide searches to attract high-caliber talent across various functions and levels.

• Manage the complete recruitment process from initial intake and sourcing to the offer stages.

• Collaborate with hiring managers by offering coaching and insights to enhance hiring decisions.

• Utilize data and hiring metrics to inform decisions, pinpoint improvements, and showcase impact.

• Advocate for an outstanding candidate experience and enhance the employer brand.

• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate information.

• Ensure compliance with regional hiring regulations and best practices.

• Monitor and report recruitment metrics to support the objectives of the Talent Acquisition team.

• Handle multiple requisitions with a keen attention to detail, strong organization, and thorough follow-through.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within a SaaS environment.

• Proficiency in direct sourcing strategies.

• Proven dedication to inclusive hiring and cultivating diverse talent pipelines.

• Capability to leverage hiring data, insights, and analytics effectively.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse is highly preferred.

• Background in a remote-first SaaS setting and experience navigating distributed hiring.

• Significant experience in senior-level technical recruitment.

• Comprehensive understanding of engineering, product, and associated technical roles.

• Familiarity with global recruitment practices, regional hiring procedures, regulations, and compliance issues.

• Experience in the EdTech sector or an understanding of its talent landscape.

• Exposure to employer branding efforts and talent attraction strategies.
