This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Collaborate with team leadership to devise recruiting strategies that effectively address client needs and achieve optimal fill rates.
• Identify and source candidates through various channels including the company database, job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Execute behavioral and situational interviews, qualifying candidates in alignment with client and RPO standards.
• Oversee the complete recruiting lifecycle, which encompasses submissions, interview scheduling, offer formulation, negotiation, closing, and administrative tasks.
• Negotiate compensation packages and present employment offers on behalf of clients.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of ATS records and uphold compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Support large-scale, high-volume recruiting initiatives through RPO delivery, ATS management, process enhancements, and event-based hiring.
• Provide daily leadership and coaching to recruiting teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external leaders on initiatives, project planning, and process improvements.
• Cultivate consultative relationships with clients, addressing challenges and influencing outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, recruiting methods, and competitor activities, making recommendations for enhancements.
• Travel for approximately four weeks over a three-month period for client hiring events, special projects, and team initiatives.
• A minimum of two years of full-cycle recruiting experience within the life sciences sector; commercial experience is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of business functions and an understanding of services, business strategies, policies and procedures, and the job’s organizational impact.
• Proficiency in working with electronic hardware and role-specific software applications.
• Capability to work autonomously, identify business needs, and proactively address them.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate work, set goals, develop action plans, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to proactively gather and disseminate information tailored to specific audiences.
• Commitment to addressing customer needs and expectations.
• Skill in influencing or altering others’ positions and opinions.
• Proficient in engaging effectively in dialogue.
• Willingness to travel for approximately four weeks over a three-month period.
