Talent Acquisition Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process.

• Create sourcing strategies and carry out interviews.

• Manage talent acquisition initiatives while working alongside business leaders across all sectors.

• Formulate and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives, including reducing premium labor, managing cost per hire, and achieving contract labor and staff mix targets.

• Assess open positions and collaborate with hiring managers to devise recruitment alternatives.

• Establish proactive strategies such as succession planning, internal mobility, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

• Provide valuable insights regarding trends in the talent market.

• Tackle recruiting and retention obstacles in collaboration with HR and management.

• Efficiently fill urgent job vacancies.

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking events, and various other channels.

• Bolster the employer brand by highlighting company culture, values, and available opportunities.

• Evaluate recruitment metrics and identify areas for process enhancement.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines.

• Ensure the integrity of ATS data and support improvements in the Talent Acquisition process.

• Counsel leaders on market conditions, compensation trends, candidate availability, and best practices in recruiting.

• Assist in candidate qualification, referrals, interview follow-ups, benefit overviews, offer processes, and onboarding transitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree; alternatively, 4 years of experience in recruitment or Human Resources may be accepted in place of a degree.

• At least 3 years of experience as a healthcare recruiter.

• Proven experience in developing and training recruitment and hiring practices.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• Must demonstrate the ability to maintain consistent attendance.
