This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Manage the end-to-end sourcing of commercial profiles for the Mexican market.
• Actively seek candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and various recruiting channels.
• Maintain a steady volume of candidates without compromising the quality of the process.
• Reach out to potential profiles and generate interest in the opportunity.
• Conduct an initial screening interview and present the opportunity, following established scripts and methodologies.
• Assess experience, motivation, commercial profile, prospecting ability, and overall fit of each candidate.
• Identify profiles with an entrepreneurial mindset, results orientation, sales skills, and the capacity to thrive in variable structures.
• Evaluate interviews using a scorecard and determine which candidates progress.
• Coordinate subsequent interviews for approved profiles.
• Systematically record information and track candidate progress.
• Keep the database and recruiting pipeline updated on a daily basis.
• Document reasons for progression and rejection.
• Record and document interviews when applicable, adhering to consent and confidentiality protocols.
• Prepare weekly reports on activity, conversions, and funnel progression.
• Participate in calibration meetings to adjust search and screening criteria.
• At least 3 years of prior experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Headhunting, or similar roles. (EXCLUSIVE)
• Experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience recruiting Sales Plan Sellers and/or Insurance Advisors (HIGHLY DESIRED).
• Experience conducting interviews and candidate screenings.
• Strong commercial profile and ability to generate interest and present opportunities persuasively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Outstanding ability to build rapport during interviews and initial conversations.
• Ability to evaluate candidates beyond their CVs.
• Capacity to work with objectives, metrics, and volume.
• Excellent organization and discipline to keep databases and pipelines updated.
• Ability to follow established processes, scripts, and evaluation criteria.
• Autonomy, proactivity, and results orientation.
• Fluent Spanish, with clear and natural communication for the Mexican market.
