This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to design and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Evaluate open positions and develop recruitment alternatives, such as university recruiting, employee referral initiatives, candidate assessment, benefits presentation, offer negotiation, and onboarding initiation.
• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to discover and attract high-caliber talent.
• Formulate proactive approaches, including succession planning, internal mobility, and enhancing diversity and inclusion efforts.
• Track talent market trends and offer actionable insights to business leaders.
• Partner with HR and management to tackle recruiting and retention issues connected to turnover, market dynamics, management practices, and specific challenges.
• Oversee all components of the recruitment process.
• Expedite the filling of immediate job vacancies.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking events, and other avenues to cultivate a diverse talent pool.
• Promote the employer brand by highlighting company culture, values, and opportunities.
• Utilize data analytics to assess recruitment metrics and pinpoint trends and areas for process enhancement.
• Build talent pipelines.
• Ensure ATS data integrity and assist in process improvements for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Provide guidance to leaders regarding market conditions, compensation trends, candidate availability, and best practices in recruitment.
• Bachelor's Degree; 4 years of experience in recruitment or Human Resources may be accepted in place of a degree.
• At least 3 years of experience as a healthcare recruiter.
• Proven experience in developing and training recruitment and hiring practices.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Must be able to maintain regular attendance.
• Proficiency in conducting full-cycle recruitment, including candidate qualification, interviewing, follow-up, benefits presentation, offer negotiation, and onboarding initiation.
• Familiarity with sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and university recruiting.
• Experience with talent acquisition strategies, succession planning, internal mobility, and promoting diversity and inclusion.
• Skill in using data analytics to evaluate recruitment metrics.
• Experience in maintaining ATS data integrity.
• Knowledge of compensation trends, candidate availability, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
