Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance recruitment initiatives, including SAIC’s employee referral program and associated internal and external strategies.

• Offer recommendations for process improvements and strategic planning for the Talent Acquisition team.

• Deliver guidance on Talent Acquisition processes and policies.

• Assist with change management efforts.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to achieve business goals and represent the recruiting team effectively.

• Oversee the SAIC referral program, which includes managing bi-weekly referral and payout reports, monitoring and responding to the referral mailbox, and executing communication activities.

• Administer recruiter job board licenses and maintain team roster.

• Handle talent acquisition mailboxes, ensuring timely and consistent responses to employees and candidates.

• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline; an equivalent of 4+ years of experience may be accepted in place of a degree.

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a professional setting, including talent acquisition and/or human resources.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Capability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to act promptly and adapt focus as priorities shift.

• Skill in developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal staff and external partners.

• Must be a US Citizen.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.
