This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.
• Enhance operational excellence, ensure planning rigor, and maintain execution consistency within the global Talent Acquisition function.
• Oversee the global Talent Acquisition operating framework, including KPIs, reporting standards, data governance, and compliance with processes.
• Develop and manage dashboards and reports assessing hiring performance, funnel health, cycle times, recruiter capacity, and hiring-plan advancement.
• Provide operational insights across the U.S., Canada, LAG, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• Collaborate with TA leadership, HR, and Finance on workforce planning, prioritization of hiring, demand forecasting, and allocation of regional resources.
• Direct hiring velocity planning, throughput forecasting, scenario modeling, and reviews of recruiter capacity.
• Oversee the global TA operating rhythm, including business reviews, reporting packages, action tracking, and follow-up on strategic priorities.
• Identify obstacles and implement process enhancements throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Standardize workflows, SOPs, and best practices while ensuring a balance between global consistency and regional market compliance needs.
• Enhance efficiency and reliability of reporting through Alteryx automation and improved Workday data quality and process controls in collaboration with HRIS and IT.
• Convert analytics into actionable insights and act as a strategic operations partner to TA leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
• 5-10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, recruiting analytics, workforce reporting, People Analytics, and/or full-cycle recruiting.
• Practical recruiting experience with a solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting workflows, requisition management, funnel movement, and stakeholder expectations.
• Demonstrated success in managing global TA operations, focusing on process improvement, reporting governance, operating cadence, and empowering recruiters across various regions.
• Experience in collaborating across Canada, LAG, EMEA, APAC, and the U.S.
• Strong proficiency in Workday Recruiting, Power BI, and Alteryx, including dashboard creation, automation, and reporting workflows.
• Experience in workforce planning, forecasting, velocity modeling, and managing recruiter capacity in complex, multi-regional settings.
• Comprehensive understanding of TA performance drivers, process enhancement, and change management.
• Capability to translate data into actionable recommendations and influence stakeholders across recruiting, HR, Finance, and business teams globally.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.
