Talent Acquisition Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Organize and coordinate a high volume of complex candidate interviews throughout the organization.

• Address and resolve any scheduling conflicts that may arise.

• Provide coverage for other coordinators to ensure seamless scheduling and logistics.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance the efficiency of scheduling and coordination tasks.

• Recognize and suggest potential improvements in processes.

• Assist with various Talent Acquisition projects as needed.

• Deliver an exceptional experience for candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and Talent Acquisition Partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Operations Associate or Coordinator, preferably within a technology, fintech, or payments sector.

• Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with ambiguity.

• A strong level of professionalism and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.

• Exceptional attention to detail and effective communication skills via Slack and email.

• A strong work ethic and a commitment to completing tasks promptly.

• Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, and Apple macOS.

• Preferred: Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Glean.

• Preferred: An interest in how AI can enhance recruiting operations and a willingness to experiment with new tools and share effective strategies.
