
Talent Acquisition Manager β Operations & Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators, which includes responsibilities for hiring, performance evaluation, and staffing/capacity planning.
β’ Take ownership of the TA Coordination strategy and establish a clear roadmap.
β’ Define team objectives and key performance indicators, focusing on metrics such as time-to-schedule, coordinator workload, and candidate experience.
β’ Provide updates on progress to the TA leadership team.
β’ Personally manage scheduling and coordination for a select number of critical or high-priority searches across North and/or South America.
β’ Identify, test, and implement AI and automation tools to enhance interview operations.
β’ Manage evaluations and relationships with tools and vendors.
β’ Collaborate with Recruiting, People Systems, IT, and Legal to drive organization-wide process and tooling enhancements.
β’ Represent TA Coordination within the TA leadership team.
β’ Provide an operational perspective on the broader talent strategy.
β’ Collaborate on and oversee recruiting initiatives related to Candidate Experience, Employer Branding, and Operations.
β’ Lead efforts to improve core processes.
β’ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience of 4 years in a relevant field.
β’ Over 7 years of professional experience in a dynamic environment within Talent Acquisition teams.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, acting as a core manager, lead, or coach for a team.
β’ Direct experience in coaching and developing team members.
β’ Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
β’ A client service-oriented mindset.
β’ Practical experience and enthusiasm for utilizing AI tools such as Claude and Copilot.
β’ Previous hands-on experience or knowledge of Workday Recruiting or similar enterprise-level Applicant Tracking Systems is strongly preferred.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
β’ Proven experience working with business teams based in the U.S.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
β’ Must have full and ongoing availability during Porchβs U.S. EST business hours (7:30 PM IST β 3:30 AM IST).
