This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the recruiting team.
• Manage the complete recruitment process, from intake and sourcing strategies to screening, candidate experience, and offer management.
• Proactively recruit, headhunt, and conduct interviews with candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to anticipate hiring needs and prioritize requisitions.
• Ensure alignment among stakeholders regarding role requirements.
• Define, monitor, and enforce recruiting KPIs and metrics.
• Conduct regular reviews, eliminate bottlenecks, and maintain a balance between hiring speed and quality.
• Develop and enhance sourcing strategies and recruitment workflows for a fully remote, global talent pool.
• Enhance recruiting tools, systems, and processes as the organization scales.
• Advocate for an exceptional candidate experience and a cohesive employer brand.
• Provide hiring performance reports and pipeline health updates to leadership.
• Convert recruiting data into actionable recommendations.
• Within the first 90 days, grasp hiring needs, fill current open positions, operationalize the ATS, and foster trusted relationships with hiring managers and leadership.
• Over 5 years of experience in corporate talent acquisition within a remote environment.
• Ideal candidates will have experience recruiting for fully remote organizations.
• Proven expertise in global remote recruitment is essential.
• At least 2 years of experience in team management.
• Demonstrated track record of leading and developing recruiting teams.
• Hands-on experience with implementing an ATS and being one of its initial users.
• Experience in continuously enhancing ATS-related systems and processes.
• Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs and metrics.
• Ability to balance hiring speed with maintaining a high-quality standard and instilling this discipline within the team.
• Experience in building or refining recruitment processes, workflows, and sourcing strategies in a growing company.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills within a distributed, global organization.
• Data-driven, organized, and proactive approach to leading and prioritizing tasks.
