This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Establish priorities, allocate and adjust workloads, maintain coverage strategies, and address routine escalations before they impact hiring or start dates.
• Supervise the complete recruitment process for high-volume hourly, professional, operational, and leadership roles across various locations.
• Direct sourcing strategies for challenging markets, specialized positions, bilingual candidates, and urgent openings.
• Oversee the full onboarding process in UKG Pro, from the acceptance of offers through to readiness on start dates, including pre-employment screening, Form I-9, E-Verify, necessary documentation, employee number readiness, and precise system records.
• Collaborate with Operations, Human Resources, HRIS, Payroll, Sales, and business leaders to meet workforce demands, organize hiring events, and facilitate new account transitions.
• Enhance recruitment and onboarding processes, improve system utilization and reporting accuracy, and provide training to the team on new protocols and requirements.
• Manage specific critical or confidential searches and offer hands-on assistance when business volume or team coverage necessitates it.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Talent and Workforce Strategy.
• A minimum of seven years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, onboarding, or a related area of human resources.
• At least three years of direct experience managing people, including coaching, workload management, and accountability for team outcomes.
• Proven experience in leading high-volume, multisite, or multi-state recruitment for both hourly and salaried roles.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of Form I-9 and E-Verify, encompassing document review, case creation, tentative nonconfirmations, case closure, correction procedures, and audit-ready recordkeeping.
• Demonstrated experience in managing onboarding workflows within UKG Pro, including packet assignment, progress tracking, troubleshooting, reporting, data accuracy, and readiness for start dates.
• Excellent judgment, communication, organization, and the capability to address challenging issues in a professional and straightforward manner.
• A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and relevant experience.
• Occasional travel to company locations, client sites, hiring events, and account transitions is necessary and may involve overnight stays.
• Flexibility in scheduling may be required for urgent hiring activities, launches, and events outside of standard business hours.
