This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, develop, and empower the recruiting team that supports the Chief Information and Digital Office (CIDO) as well as Corporate Function hiring.
• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of approximately 6–8 recruiters to fulfill and surpass organizational hiring requirements.
• Design, develop, and execute innovative recruiting strategies to identify, attract, and hire highly skilled technical and functional talent.
• Streamline the recruiting process and create efficiencies to expedite hiring.
• Utilize data and insights to guide decisions, prioritize tasks, and continuously enhance outcomes.
• Implement and drive recruiting and selection initiatives to meet annual hiring targets.
• Establish trusted partnerships with senior leadership, hiring managers, the wider Talent Acquisition organization, HR, and other vital partners.
• Create cutting-edge talent acquisition strategies for experienced hires, university graduates, military personnel, and diversity recruiting.
• Lead interview days, hiring events, webinars, and other recruitment activities.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the recruiting lifecycle process and collaborate with stakeholders to address them.
• Hold recruiters accountable for meeting business objectives utilizing recruiting metrics such as Time to Accept (TTA), Time to Start (TTS), offer conversion rates, and pipeline health.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience; or a Master's degree with 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• An additional four (4) years of Talent Acquisition experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• An Associate's degree with 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience OR a High School Diploma with 12+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience leading Talent Acquisition and recruitment initiatives and projects, including coaching and mentoring other Talent Acquisition professionals.
• Proven experience influencing leaders and key stakeholders across an organization, leveraging data, metrics, and insights to inform decisions and drive results.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that provide a competitive edge and yield business outcomes.
• Previous experience in leading and/or managing staffing projects and initiatives is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to create, measure, and scale effective workflows among candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
• Proven ability to prepare and execute innovative and forward-thinking recruiting strategies.
• Experience in recruiting for Engineering, other technical fields, and/or corporate functions.
• Familiarity with Workday or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred.
• Position may be virtual from any U.S. state.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
