This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor by aligning business priorities, workforce demands, and market insights with recruiting strategies.
• Establish partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Oversee recruiting efforts across designated business sectors.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and development for recruiters, sourcing recruiters, coordinators, or project resources.
• Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
• Leverage recruiting data, market intelligence, capacity insights, and stakeholder feedback to identify trends, foresee risks, and propose solutions.
• Aid in workload planning, prioritization, escalation management, process consistency, and operational rhythms.
• Advocate for a candidate experience that embodies Huron’s values of professionalism, respect, transparency, and inclusion.
• Participate in Talent Acquisition initiatives related to talent advisory capabilities, recruiting operations, employment branding, reporting, and hiring manager enablement.
• Must possess current U.S. work authorization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of eight to ten years of full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate setting, professional services organization, consulting environment, or executive search firm is required.
• Proven experience in leading, mentoring, coaching, or directly managing recruiters, sourcing recruiters, coordinators, or project resources.
• A consultative talent advisory approach, with the capability to comprehend business needs, interpret recruiting data, convey market insights, and recommend solutions that align with business objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to establish credibility with stakeholders, influence through insights, manage competing priorities, and communicate with clarity and professionalism.
• Strong skills in organization, communication, presentation, project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting experienced-level, leadership, professional services, consulting, or specialized recruiting requirements.
• Preferred: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, customer relationship management platforms, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools and techniques.
• Preferred: Proven success in developing others, clarifying competing priorities, and enhancing the effectiveness of a recruiting team.
• Preferred: Interest in contributing to broader Talent Acquisition goals, including process improvement, reporting, employment branding, hiring manager enablement, and recruiter capability enhancement.
