This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of the complete recruiting process for international positions across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and additional functions.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers regarding market trends, candidate evaluation, sourcing strategies, and the closing process.
• Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies for APAC and global markets.
• Create regional talent maps that encompass companies, potential candidates, referral networks, and candidate communities.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience that aligns with TRM’s mission and operational principles.
• Utilize recruiting data, market insights, and funnel metrics to assess search health and refine strategies.
• Promote calibration, structured feedback, and prompt hiring decisions.
• Enhance intake quality, scorecard consistency, sourcing strategies, debrief rigor, and offer execution.
• Collaborate with Talent, People, Finance, Legal, and business leaders on international recruitment initiatives.
• Achieve recruiting milestones, including intake, market mapping, recruiter screenings, interview processes, and successfully securing 2–3 hires within the first 90 days.
• Over 7 years of recruiting experience.
• Extensive experience supporting international sales recruitment in rapidly growing technology firms, ideally based in the U.S.
• Demonstrated success in hiring for Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and other business areas.
• In-depth understanding of APAC talent markets.
• Experience in market mapping, talent intelligence, engaging passive candidates, candidate assessment, and closing techniques.
• Ability to comprehend complex Go-To-Market, compliance, marketing, and operations roles.
• Proficiency in interpreting recruiting metrics, funnel health, conversion rates, and pipeline quality.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and strategic advising.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, persistence, and sound judgment.
• Capability to work remotely in a globally distributed setting with overlapping hours in APAC and U.S. time zones.
• Must have at least 4 hours of overlap with PST business hours.
• Willingness to accept 1099 contractor classification.
