This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, regional leaders, and department heads to identify staffing requirements and convert business objectives into effective recruitment strategies.
• Identify, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the offer negotiation and onboarding transition.
• Establish and sustain relationships with community organizations, educational institutions, workforce agencies, and local industry contacts.
• Represent Towne at job fairs, community gatherings, and industry associations.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
• Ensure that recruitment practices adhere to employment laws and Towne policies.
• Provide a seamless, personalized candidate experience from the initial interaction to the final offer.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, and leadership on workforce planning, new-hire onboarding, and process enhancement.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.
• An equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience is required.
• Experience in hospitality, healthcare, commercial real estate, or another multi-site service industry is preferred.
• Direct experience in business partnering with hiring managers and establishing local community or industry connections is strongly preferred.
• Excellent relationship-building, consultative, and communication skills are essential.
• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter is required.
• Ability to track and report on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with employment law and compliance regulations, such as EEO, ADA, and FLSA.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or AIRS/CIR recruiting certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidates must be located on the East Coast.
• Up to 20% travel may be necessary.
