Clinical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review candidates' resumes and confirm their qualifications.

• Identify key openings and source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and innovative strategies.

• Conduct 25–30 interviews weekly to determine the best candidates for Talk Therapy.

• Follow up on and finalize job offers, and assist with the onboarding process.

• Utilize Workday ATS software for real-time candidate tracking.

• Achieve 4–5 Talk Therapy hires per week per recruiter.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Talent Team to meet hiring priorities.

• Report directly to the Director of Talent.

• Recruit seasoned clinical professionals to meet and expand business needs.

• Experience in a fast-paced professional recruiting environment.

• Availability to work full-time (9:00 am-6:00 pm) with flexible scheduling.

• Ability to adjust to a constantly evolving environment.

• Positive mindset and a willingness to learn.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Understanding the importance of urgency.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience.

• 1 - 3 years of recruiting experience required; healthcare recruiting experience is preferred.

• 1 - 3 years of familiarity with recruiting tools such as ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

• Experience with G Suite software.

• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
