This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate the existing Talent Acquisition organization, processes, and operational methodologies.
• Develop and implement the roadmap for the upcoming phase of Talent Acquisition.
• Drive organizational transformation by fostering stakeholder alignment, addressing resistance, and promoting adoption.
• Enhance collaborations across Talent Acquisition, People, hiring managers, and business leaders.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of approximately seven recruitment professionals.
• Act as a strategic talent advisor to senior executives.
• Advance proactive sourcing, talent pipelining, and market analysis.
• Offer strategic oversight for senior-level, executive, and critical business searches.
• Establish recruiting processes, operational rhythms, service level agreements (SLAs), and accountabilities.
• Develop recruiting metrics, dashboards, forecasting, and capacity plans.
• Manage and enhance the recruiting technology ecosystem, including ATS, automation, and AI-driven tools.
• Identify recruitment bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions for continuous improvement.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Extensive experience in leading and developing recruitment teams within high-growth or dynamic organizations.
• Proven track record of inheriting and transforming an existing recruitment function, operational model, or set of processes.
• Experience in supporting hiring across technical, sales/GTM, and finance or professional services positions.
• Exposure to senior and executive-level hiring.
• Strategic operational and change-agent experience leveraging data and business insight.
• Strong expertise in recruitment operations and technology.
• Experience with Greenhouse or a similar ATS.
• Knowledge of how technology and AI can enhance recruitment effectiveness.
• Must not require visa sponsorship currently or in the future.
