Associate Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Identify and source candidates through job boards, social media, and various sourcing tools.

• Conduct preliminary phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall suitability.

• Assess candidates against job specifications and establish their compatibility for submission.

• Present qualified candidates with succinct, professional summaries.

• Ensure accurate and current candidate records are maintained within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Organize interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and recruiters.

• Actively follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Remain updated on market dynamics, talent availability, and competitive hiring trends.

• Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous development initiatives.

• Develop candidate pipelines and guarantee that only highly qualified candidates are introduced to clients.

• Progress into full-cycle recruiting tasks, including handling client relationships and overseeing the hiring process from initial intake to placement.

• A minimum of 2 years of related professional experience.

• Strong enthusiasm for recruiting, sales, or talent acquisition.

• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
