Talent Acquisition Lead, Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Technology recruiting from start to finish, encompassing search strategy, sourcing, offer, and closure.

• Collaborate directly with Technology leaders to identify outstanding talent and convert business requirements into targeted hiring strategies.

• Develop innovative sourcing and talent-mapping methods for senior, specialized, and hard-to-find candidates.

• Leverage market insights, data, and recruiting expertise to facilitate quicker and more effective hiring decisions.

• Uphold Figure’s talent standards and exercise discretion in selecting future team members.

• Enhance role definition, talent evaluation, interview processes, candidate engagement, and overall candidate experience.

• Create straightforward, scalable hiring practices that boost speed and consistency.

• Identify searches that are off-course and swiftly adjust the strategy.

• Utilize AI, automation, and recruiting technologies to maximize efficiency.

• Act as the in-house authority on Technology talent within Talent Acquisition.

• Operate as a senior individual contributor with responsibility in a dynamic environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of comprehensive recruiting experience, with over 5 years dedicated to technical talent.

• Extensive technical recruiting expertise across Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data, IT, Information Security, and related business or support functions.

• Proven success in identifying and securing senior, specialized, and hard-to-reach talent across various technical fields.

• Outstanding sourcing skills and a history of proactively building robust pipelines, rather than depending on inbound candidates.

• Strong technical understanding and the ability to quickly grasp new areas, gaining credibility with Technology leaders.

• Excellent talent judgment.

• A deep sense of ownership and pride in the individuals you recruit for the organization.

• A history of establishing structure, enhancing processes, and functioning effectively in undefined situations.

• Strong analytical capabilities and comfort in using data to guide decisions and adjust direction.

• Familiarity with modern recruiting technologies, AI, automation, and sourcing tools.

• A proactive approach and the capacity to act swiftly without compromising quality.

• Compliance with all company security policies and data management protocols.

• Completion of mandatory security awareness training within specified timeframes.

• Prompt reporting of any suspected security incidents or unusual activities to the Security team.
