Talent Acquisition Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to formulate and implement both short-term and long-term workforce strategies that align with business objectives and growth targets.

• Evaluate talent data, market trends, and internal capability gaps to offer insights that inform hiring strategies.

• Develop proactive talent pipelines for critical positions and emerging skill areas.

• Assist in organizational design and initiatives focusing on the future of work.

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for critical and/or complex roles, ensuring a high-quality and inclusive candidate experience.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers while enhancing candidate experience and improving hiring efficiencies.

• Implement innovative sourcing strategies, utilizing market intelligence and digital tools.

• Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles throughout the hiring processes.

• Collaborate with local teams and the Early Careers Lead to design and manage regional early career programs.

• Establish relationships with universities and external communities.

• Develop structured pathways for the growth of early talent.

• Lead or participate in cross-functional talent initiatives while promoting the adoption of tools and processes.

• Direct and support the regional rollout of the Talent Acquisition model.

• Ensure compliance with regional SLAs, KPIs, and improvement plans.

• Act as the primary regional contact for agencies and oversee governance.

• Utilize analytics to monitor hiring metrics and provide insights and recommendations.

• Advocate for continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Workforce Planning.

• Proven experience in both strategic and operational recruitment.

• Experience in managing or collaborating with vendors.

• Familiarity with early careers or talent development.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
