This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position specifications

• Offer pertinent market insights and recommendations

• Collaborate with internal teams to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to position requirements

• Present well-qualified candidate slates while developing talent pipelines

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the process with timely updates

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details

• Utilize market data and compensation guidelines to inform offer recommendations

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment process

• Ensure proactive and timely communication regarding search status

• Provide consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma

• Experience in recruiting with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools

• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition
