Freelance Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Promote job vacancies across various recruitment platforms and social media channels

• Evaluate resumes, perform initial outreach to candidates, and conduct selection interviews

• Create detailed candidate assessments and present applicants who fulfill the job criteria

• Monitor recruitment metrics, ensuring timelines are adhered to and deliverables uphold quality standards

• Maintain regular communication with the Retinere team, providing updates on process progress and assisting in vacancy closures

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Recruitment and Selection, ideally for operational, administrative, technical, and leadership roles

• Familiarity with resume evaluation methods, competency-based interviewing, and behavioral assessment techniques

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously

• Must possess an active Brazilian CNPJ (business registration number)

• Ability to work remotely and independently

• Bachelor’s degree
