Talent Acquisition Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in Talent Acquisition and strategic recruitment initiatives.

• Engage in talent hunting and sourcing activities.

• Evaluate and initially qualify candidates.

• Review resumes and determine alignment with current opportunities.

• Facilitate candidate communication and manage relationships.

• Coordinate and follow up on interview schedules.

• Aid in alignment meetings with leadership.

• Administer, distribute, and track technical assessments.

• Contribute to cultural fit and candidate experience projects.

• Oversee and monitor recruitment processes.

• Track recruitment metrics and generate reports.

• Organize and manage opportunities in Asana.

• Utilize Solides to publish job openings, screen candidates, and guide them through the recruitment pipeline.

• Participate in Vacancy Follow-Up meetings.

• Interact with candidates, coordinators, leaders, and executives.

• Gain insights into People & Culture within a global mining technology organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Psychology, Business Administration, or a similar field.

• Strong interest in individuals, Human Resources, and specifically Talent Acquisition.

• Eagerness to ask questions, conduct research, and source candidates.

• Comfortable communicating with candidates, leaders, and diverse groups.

• Proactive in identifying and executing necessary tasks.

• Organized in documenting information, tracking deadlines, and structuring activities.

• Open to learning through hands-on experience and supporting daily operations.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Interest in understanding people’s stories, profiling, and fostering positive experiences during the recruitment process.

• Responsible for following up on tasks and deliverables.
