This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Develop and expand Mistral's revenue-generating teams located in the US.
• Design the go-to-market (GTM) recruitment strategy and operational framework.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership in Sales, Pre-Sales/Solutions, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for Account Executives (AEs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Solutions/Sales Engineers, Partner Managers, Customer Success leaders, and Revenue Operations roles.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on market analysis, role leveling, compensation strategy, and the competitive landscape.
• Convert GTM role specifications into engaging outreach for potential candidates.
• Identify both passive and active candidates within US GTM talent pools.
• Facilitate intake and calibration meetings with hiring managers.
• Foster efficient, high-conversion recruitment pipelines and successfully close candidates.
• Support candidates throughout the hiring process, articulating Mistral's mission, culture, and future direction.
• Clarify Mistral's AI positioning, GTM strategy, growth objectives, and the significance of each role.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Enhance and optimize GTM recruiting processes, tools, and documentation.
• Leverage data to identify pipeline challenges and suggest actionable solutions.
• Create and sustain market maps, competitive insights, and talent pools.
• Standardize interview rubrics, scorecards, and debriefing practices.
• Contribute to the GTM talent acquisition strategy as the organization grows.
• Collaborate on employer branding and outbound sourcing initiatives.
• Minimum of 6 years of recruiting experience.
• At least 2 years in a startup or rapidly growing B2B SaaS/infrastructure environment.
• Specialized focus on Sales and GTM positions.
• Capability to independently recruit across the entire GTM spectrum, from SDRs to senior AEs, Solutions Engineers, and GTM executives.
• Extensive network and sourcing proficiency within US GTM talent markets.
• Experience in AI/ML, open-source technologies, developer tools, or enterprise software.
• Proven history of hiring within competitive and candidate-scarce markets.
• Experience operating across various US markets.
• Flexibility to assist with additional roles as organizational needs arise.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to alternate between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence peers and senior GTM stakeholders without direct authority.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; capable of managing shifting priorities across a high-volume hiring landscape.
• Professional experience with contemporary recruiting tools such as Ashby.
• Understanding of the AI/ML landscape and frontier model capabilities.
