This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Assess the complete recruitment process and suggest strategic enhancements and optimizations.
• Oversee Talent Acquisition projects from conception to execution, emphasizing digital solutions, custom application design, and agentic system implementation.
• Develop, sustain, and refine workflows to improve efficiency and user experience in recruitment operations.
• Create detailed project plans and guide initiatives, including sub-projects, inter-dependencies, accomplishments, risks, contingency strategies, and project resources.
• Direct project testing activities and offer consultative support for the seamless execution of business and functional processes.
• Collaborate with team members on communication and organizational change strategies.
• Identify, evaluate, and resolve project challenges while proposing effective solutions.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and provide advice on incorporating new features into recruiter standard operations.
• Act as the escalation point for triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to the Talent Acquisition technology stack.
• Prioritize tasks and oversee multiple projects while achieving key results and milestones.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Preference for Workday, including Workday Recruit, and Phenom or similar systems.
• Experience with agentic system deployment is preferred.
• Familiarity with custom application configuration and design within HR technology platforms.
• Proven experience collaborating with and influencing internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized and process-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement and a consultative approach.
• Innovative, resourceful, and collaborative problem solver.
