Senior IT Project Manager – Laboratory Systems, Pharma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Strategize, execute, and complete IT projects within the quality laboratory environment.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to establish project objectives.

• Apply quality assurance procedures for IT systems.

• Perform risk evaluations and formulate mitigation plans.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

• Guide project teams and promote ongoing improvement.

• Encourage the implementation of best practices in IT project management.

• Compile and present project status updates.

• Manage vendor partnerships for IT quality laboratory initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.

• Over 7 years of experience in IT project management with a focus on quality assurance.

• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and various other project management approaches.

• Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies.

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and risk management.

• Demonstrated history of successful project completions in intricate IT settings.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).

• Knowledge of GxP regulatory compliance.

• Experience with Document Management System (DMS) solutions.

• Proven experience managing Document Management Systems (DMS).

• Capability to work remotely from Hungary.
