Senior IT Project Manager – Laboratory Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects within the quality laboratory setting.

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with various teams to outline project scope.

• Establish quality assurance processes for IT systems.

• Perform risk assessments and devise mitigation strategies.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

• Lead project teams and foster continuous improvement initiatives.

• Encourage the adoption of best practices in IT project management.

• Prepare and present project status reports.

• Manage relationships with vendors associated with IT quality laboratory projects.

• Oversee Document Management Systems (DMS).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management with a focus on quality assurance.

• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and other project management methodologies.

• Familiarity with quality assurance processes.

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and risk management.

• Demonstrated success in delivering projects in complex IT environments.

• Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).

• Knowledge of GxP regulatory compliance.

• Experience with Document Management System (DMS) solutions.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
